3 days for purchase Nccoins for buy items from valentine events and now , the event have some issue .. and i make about 120 cakes for nothing.. , now i think dont play more the game , coz i wasted my time and my money for nothing.. so tell me if they have some solution . Your first mistake was purchasing anything out of the store related to a game event. You weren't thinking smart when you paid money for a chance at a bunch of junk rewards. If you had read the forums more you'd see people are not buying the Cremes to make cakes. The chance at something top prize is slim.

He is saying, you wasted your money or adena or time on the event.
It's not relevant whether he's a GM or not (he's not btw and neither am I before you ask), but it's relevant what he has said.
I pickup my 5 creme for 1 NCCoin, only because I have a bizarre and useless amount on each account, so I get 15 creme, and sell them to make 30m a day. Not much, but more than the event is worth as an event.

Im pretty sure you should get what you paid for, and considering he bought X and got Y, he should be able to claim a refund.
Just cause it says "No refunds" in their EULA doesnt mean it have to apply in every scenario.
Its not a simple "I regret this purchase, refund please!" scenario.
In this scenario, they messed up, and should give back (and take back) all the items to the people that request it.
And back to the discussion, The fact is you are TOLD before you buy coins that ALL purchases are final and there are NO refunds..ever.
Do you think that people got refunds for all the runes they used during server lag,disconnects, multiple maintenance periods and full servers?

Seeing the OP bought multiple event related items this isn't a question of mistake or being ripped off. The OP went into the cash shop uneducated about what he was buying exactly and then came to the forums flouncing about it because he felt the rewards were unfair. WELL NO KIDDING THEY ARE! READ the forums, ask around before you go tossing money out the window!
I don't have to be a GM to tell anyone this. It's obvious! But hey go and send your complaint to support and see what happens. My money is on you get nothing back.
