gearing my healer properly???

i have an 86 aeore healer

full twilight robe set. my boots are blessed. all pieces are +3 and i have a reqium retributer as my weapon. its not my armor set im worried about its more my weapon. what should it be instead of the retributor???

Buster with mana up (and possibly acumen dual SA, but not strictly required) is a beast for having tons of MP.

Buster/Caster acumen , best option is double sa but u need a lot of adena, u have rebirth each 10 minuts, wynn have mana share not necessary mana on ur weapon is good but not imprescindible at start, gl.

Acumen isn't really necessary, since 3 of our main heals are instant cast... And you can easily get a lot of casting speed with cheap WIT dyes.

i have WIT dyes on my healer. and mana up would help too but im more solo pve but i do my instances and stuff to whats best for my solo pve???

When soloing, Retributer is the way, imho.

TBH I prefer Acumen because I make liberal use of Brilliant Heal when I can't target quick enough. Mana up just seems kinda eh for me atm since I have Holy Squad and Clan Soul passives.

As for weapon is prefer my Apoc Caster, because it looks much better than the Retributer...the harder hitting crits are nice when I solo Kartia or plvl lowbies at swamps (which I do a lot)

you didnt your aeore's race, OP, but being a DE myself, I prefer buster + acumen ('cause casting brilliant heal could be a pain sometimes, mainly at the 'hellish' hours), and I'm often glad with the crit rate of the sword, instead of crit power of the caster, 'cause doing almost 1 brilliant heal, I can even heal full hp or cp of 5/7 pt members. really nice.

btw, if you'r DE = go for buster, if LE = caster, if Human = w/e.

Panic Heal. I prefer it over Radiant Heal because it's great for emergency treatment. Of course I don't spam it; only when someone is low on health and Balance & Progressive are on cooldown...

i like the heals because some are able to be used for emergencies and others are just heals that are needed all the time

I'm Kamael so I'm weird :L

Kamael has both high int and wit. atm I have equal int and wit, 98 of both.

also I have mana up weapon and never need the extra mp, with clan skills. only when out of a clan you will actually miss extra mp and might need mana up SA.

This. Kamael are really strong for caster classes.

I use Acumen for liberal use of Brilliant Heal. I have clan skills which give me a 38% Boost in Max MP so I really don't need the MP Up SA.
