Believe or not, I'm disapointed in this aswell. I haven't played L2 in few years, i see it's F2p, I come here and I even can't create my character. If you're fighting against bots, then improve your security measures, not disable some new players from playing.
I am always looking for new players on Chronos. If there are any that will wait for the account creation disable to be lifted, please let me know.
For new/returning old L2 players there was a recent exploit discovered/finally enforced upon by ncsoft and action was taken. Yesterday 2/21/2013, there was also a ban wave to main toons and bot trains on the Chronos server.
Many thanks from an active and obstinate old school L2 vet recruiting legit players. (Unfortunately the account creation has been a deterrent to my superb recruiting since wednesday (2-20-2013). All new/old returning L2 players can contact me here on the forums if you wish to plan to begin on the Chronos server when the character creation disable is lifted or the Lindvior update arrives.

I look forward to hearing from future recruits. Refer to my thread in Cross Server Recruitment titled "Come! New Players! Evolve!" (..something like that.)
