Is there a plan to do one of the following in order to allow new and/or old returning players to still progress in game as mentees and enjoy the experience?
1. sell Mentee Certificates in L2 store or as an account service
2. offer a new quest that allows a legacy character level 1 - 86 to obtain a mentee certificate
3. allow for Mentee Certificates to be shared amongst characters on the same account
4. update L2 Discovery or Adventure Packs with Mentee Certificates
Sorry if these suggestions have been presented previously, but I have a tank that has been mothballed for a long time. I'd like to start leveling him again, but without benefit of mentee buffs and bonuses, well, it's like trying to level a tank the old way, only without any parties or clans that are willing to help a lowbie tank.
Start a new character, level him up. Get mentee Cert. Then receive it on your tank.
God, now you don't need to grind...just quest for about an hour and you get your Cert. >.>
you cant make a new toon is the problam. I too have a few pre-god toons that cant claim the cert. They should just make it so pre god toons can do path to awaken...

Thanks for your reply, but as thread title indicates, you cannot create ANY new characters on Chronos. I'm hoping the GMs will come up with a work around that will allow old, existing characters to receive mentee certificates.
