Iss con issue....

Just wondering if anyone has notice that iss con scales differently. Wondering if it is broken or just ncsoft logics like with bd/sws armor mastery in the past. My 94 iss has less hp than my 87 summoner despite the big difference in con. I have talked to a few other race iss and it seems to be the same with them. Would like the iss community opinion on this.

That does not make sense, my CP iss has roughly 10k hp more than me(wynn with robe) fully buffed and we are same level. Races?

My friend iss has 17k more HP than my summoner and a little less than 3k less CP and is 3 levels lower.

I am guessing they all have health sa. with that I have more hp. I am de iss and wynn is human in leather armor. I have no dyes on either.

Even without SA, dyes, armor bonuses, etc. They still have more HP.

No, my cp ISS(orc) has haste, not health. 10k HP more. Im kamael.
