Overenchanted Items

Hi people.

I would like to ask about your experience, what you got through the overenchanting.

I have a +6 Bound Seraph Leather Set Enhance type.

Example if you start to over enchant the Leather Breastplate and you get the BP to +4 you will see, that the next bonus statistics will appear on you armor:
+4: Patk 2.00
+5: Patk 4.00
+6: Patk 6.00
At blessed:
+4: Patk 3.00
+5: Patk 6.00
+6: Patk 9.00

At the leggings the next:
+4: P. Critical 0,34
+5: P. Critical 0,68
+6: P. Critical 1,02

So, first of all, I did think they are shows a percentage bonus like if I have +6 Leather Breast Plate it results me +6% Patk.
Or if I have +6 leggings it results +1,02% Critical Rate.

But if I remove my leggings from 471 crit rate, I got 438 crit rate, so the difference is 33 crit rate points what is about 7% critical rate.

Same interesting things appear at the another over enchanted parts too.
Im curious about this too.
Can anyone bring more shine in this concern ? :-)

BUMP
I had OEd robe set. What i remember from playing feoh:
+6 gloves: 0.6 m.accuracy what gave 0 in stats on full buff
+6 blessed gloves: 0.9 m.accuracy what gave 0 in stats on full buff
+6 stockings: 1.02 m.crit what gave about 25 m.crit in stats on full buff
+7 blessed stockings 2.6 (or something like this) what gave about 60 m.crit in stats on full buff.

you can see here what part gives what bonus and how much
and it's not % but normal value, so for example blessed +6 bp would give you 9 more p.atk
to your basic stats, so when you buff this value is also considered in % that buffs give you
i tested it with bound bp and legging and it wasn't in % but in values as they are

yes, bound stuff adds some aswell
