Testing:+15 Bloody/Dark weapon vs +15 Blessed weapon
Question: What is the difference between the damage of the +15 Bloody Amaranthine Dual Dagger and the +15 Blessed Amaranthine Dual Dagger on mobs?
While what is the difference between the damage of the +15 Dark Amaranthine Dual Dagger and the +15 Blessed Amaranthine Dual Dagger in PvP?
If possible make test with normal attack and with skill attack too.
Reason:
As we know the PvP and PvE option only available on the Standard weapons, would be interesting to see, that on +15 when they are highly over enchanted what would be the difference between the their damage in action.Character A: Level 99 Human Tyrr Warrior
Character B: Level 99 Human Tyrr Warrior
Mob: Triol's Trooper [Warrior] (lvl 99)
Skills: Normal Attack and Megastrike w/ Momentum
Character Status: Soulshots
Note: In order to test for raw damage output of these weapons, buffs and SAs were not used.
Weapons: Dark Amaranthine Dualsword, +15 Dark Amaranthine Dualsword, Bloody Amaranthine Dualsword, +15 Amaranthine Dualsword, Standard Amaranthine Dualsword, +15 Standard Amaranthine Dualsword, Blessed Amaranthine Dualsword, +15 Blessed Amaranthine Dualsword, and +12 Blessed Amaranthine Dualsword.
Dark (PvP) Results:
Dark Amaranthine Dualsword - Normal: 1,816 Damage/Skill: 41,937 Damage/Normal Attack on Mob: 486 Damage/Skill Attack on Mob: 3,784 Damage
+15 Dark Amaranthine Dualsword - Normal: 2,690 Damage/Skill: 46,206 Damage/Normal Attack on Mob: 719 Damage/Skill Attack on Mob: 4,165 Damage
would be better make this test in pvp not only pve, i mean hiting a player not only mobs coz is totaly diferent the damage and effect damage against mob/player
PS: btw dark/blood enhance can be on blessed weapons too

can u make this tests?
I did both PvP and PvE for the test.
Normal: 1,816 Damage/Skill: 41,937 Damage (Character A attacking Character B)
Dark/Bloody Amaranthine are already blessed weapons. The only difference for upgrading with a Blessed Amaranthine weapon as opposed to a Standard one is that you have a better chance to upgrade. You can easily fail if you upgrade with a Standard Amaranthine weapon.
PS: That has been posted on a brown forum once, so you should know ;)
Will search again then, I totally admit that I skip some links during some study periods :>
Juji, can you tell us please, that if we put to our weapon PvP or PvE upgrade, after will we able to enchant the weapon or put augment on it?
Augmenting, attributing, and enchanting is fine.
Good to hear it, because on the A,S,S80 weps was big issue, that if you did put to them the PvP bonus, after u couldn't enchanting, attributing or augmenting your weapon, just if you did remove the PvP bonus.
But at these R99 weapons would be very painful to remove the PvP or PvE bonus what you installed to your weapon for 5-6-7 billions of Adena.
But at least than, here we don't need to worry for this.
in Lindvior the new open raid bosses that will be added all drop these so it should be more common then now then..
I'm example forced too to wait. Because you just able to add PvP or PvE upgrade to Dual Sword or Dual Blunt or Dual Dagger, if the upgrade already on the single sword or dagger or blunt.
From the Echo update with the new dual craft system became to available, that you can put the PvP and PvE upgrade to Dual type weapons too as to another weapons.
But this upgrade costs 5-6b adena so it takes time while it will ready, als before it need Dual SA too so this is a 12b adena priced business:).
