Same issue as above. But here's our issue. My husband and I both went to buy nc coin thru thier site. I was able to buy coin and still have no problem buying more. however it keeps denying my husband. No matter what card we use. We have both subimitted Support tickets on this issue EVERYDAY for the past 5 days. Still same result. Same response from Nc Soft Support team. Do they not want people to buy nc coin? What is truely being done to fix this issue? I wish It would let me buy coin for him since I havnet' seem to have a issue. /sad face

because ncsoft has awesome system to block peoples account
if i want to buy coins i need to open support ticket everytime and they will unlock my account for 24hour after 24h i cant buy nccoin anymore (its cool they do it for me) which is beyond me because why they do it manaully instead of just giving me perma access to buy coins lol
my best bet is
2 or more credit cards/paypal accounts (on same ip) is insta account flagged for fraud
this is temperence's husband im the one with the problem buying nc coin i will send you the other ticket #'s but i just watched my wife test your system she just bought 5$ worth of coin and she had no problem this is vary frustrating. She logged out of your forums and it wont' let her log back in to respond to the forums now........ WHY???????

OMG just got an e-mail from NC Soft telling me the problem was resolved to try and buy nc coin and still ran into the same thing there was a problem processing your transaction but my wife can purchase all the coin she wants with no glitch's at all
Same problem here....My credit card has been fully charged and paypal has the same card registered...I bought other goods from other sites for other games , all gone well.
NCSoft didnt let me buy NCoins.

OMG just got an e-mail from NC Soft telling me the problem was resolved to try and buy nc coin and still ran into the same thing there was a problem processing your transaction but my wife can purchase all the coin she wants with no glitch's at all
Very strange, please ask to re-open your ticket saying that the issue was not resolved since you cannot buy NCoin on your account.

This system is totally messed.
Since a few months i get that "you cannot buy atm blabla" message like 99% when i try. Funny thing, i couldn't buy 8k NCoins, but was able to buy 2x 4k Coins and even more.
I dunno, think in total i made like 10 tickets over the time. Few got forwarded to a higher staff like 2x in a row. Each reply been totally stupid and didn't fix anything.
Most funny reply was as i couldn't buy 8k Ncoin, that it's my browser... While i was able to buy 2x 4K and lower amounts.
I did buy today a 4000 NCoin package, I could buy it without any problem.
Maybe would be useful if you would write to forum, what type of package you would buy maybe there is just payment method error with a part of the packages, while another part of them work without problem.
Same problem for me, i treid to buy 400 and 800 coin package with cc and paypal.. Both are declined.. Submited a ticket, but no answer in more than 24hrs, tried second.. stiill waiting..
