I just pay so much to enchant and it failed and reset my skill enchant back to 0????

Check if you have regular enchant books in you inventory.
I think you don't check the box "blessed" in the first enchant.

Not a bug. After you fail a skill enchant with a Superior Giant's Codex - Mastery, you have to buy another book and check the box again. Otherwise, it will use a regular Superior Giant's Codex.

Actually you only need 1 regular Superior GIant's Codex to enchant. You don't need anymore to enchant until you failed. Meaning from +0 to +1 only.

For blessed i don't know. Maybe you need one blessed for each enchant or maybe you just need 1 until you failed.... Maybe someone can clarify this.

For blessed you need 1 for each OE try.
