sigh how many people feel that this is a scam wheel? rewards? all you going to get is a joke item that have no use in the game.

the wheel is already fixed, pretty much like a slot machine in the casino. it a progressive game concept pretty much. it will dispense a good item after enough cash is adequate.
if you actually think you can get valakas or top items you need to calculate the cost to obtain it in game and then think how much adenas of the item and how much the real usd for that adenas, and spend that amount of usd to actually maybe get a top items. i doubt that i will get a valakas if i spend 2000usd on this wheel, just saying...
it ashame ncsoft scamming people.

Wasted more than 100$ on the last Wheel of Scam, didn't get anything except useless consumable items. I recommend everyone to stay away from this money leeching wheel with promises of grandeur.
I don't see Earth Wyrm/Blessed Antharas or Blessed Valakas on the rewards anymore!
Seeing how people spent a lot of money on these past two events and did not seem to receive any of the top rewards, I feel its foolish of people to gamble in these events/the wheel. Save your money! Spend if when they have something worth buying in the monthly packs.

Tell us the chances (in %) of getting each of the items. How can we be assured that there is a chance of getting a valakas/antharas jewerly? Until then, no, thanks
150 spins, just low level stuff. Very sad. The last wheel at least had stuff I could sell in game and made about 100mil adena but this stuff isn't all that good.
I would have thought more lv5 dyes or more unbonding scrolls instead of the silly stuff.
About 150 Spins too. Haven't got any of the first 9 prices that are listed (actually the only ones that are worth something).
Side note:
The Lv5 Dye Pack is only 1 dye, not a bundle of 10 like it's been in previous events.
The "super" aka "150 Stones" can't be traded anymore...
Really the chances for something that is "worthy" are totally messed. Now i know why NCW doesn't want to show any rates of the items. Was my last time that i gonna purchase anything...

I never thought there were people who spent money so foolishly on something so obviously pointless. For $4000 I could have gone on vacation for a month in Florida or taken a 2 week tropical cruise. Both would have also been more fun, or a visit to the dentist for that matter than this prize wheel money grabber. :D
I really hope you are just kidding because worlds cannot describe how dumb that was, but I imagine NCWest has a big smiles on their faces.

This isn't anything new you know. When you pay for a chance at something especially NCsoft you should apply some common sense here. Obviously the chances are slim. If you actually thought they were good you weren't too smart here.

At least in a casino they will post the odds of every prize. NC has never done that.

Dear Ncsoft i would recomend to increase top 10 prizes drop chance with every next spin.Maybe you will implement more epix to server but pplz will be a lot happier )) and give them free enchant scrols then pplz can blow up epics by trying to enchant them . Incredibly, I was not hoping to get an epic jewel or even a top tier drop. But I wanted to get some usefull stuffs like the "AGATHION - WEAVER PACK (24H)" or even "GIANT'S ENERGY (X10)" and some "LV5 LEGENDARY DYE BOX".
And then, after a total of 107 spins I selected the total of ALL usefull itens I won:
2x Agathion - Weaver Pack (24h)
4x Feather of Blessing (x5)
4x Giant's Energy (x10)
5x Eva's Rune Pack (5-hour)
p.s. I didn´t put the "2x Lv5 Giant Dye Box" because it's Giant, not even Legendary.
So now you can take your conclusion if it is worth or not. Good luck!
