This happened back when NCWest adopted the Free to Play method and sold all rights to European server hosting to Innova. You wil never see it come back here because Innova is smart enough not to sell it back to NCWest. NCWest will always be filled with bots and 3rd party cheaters no matter what they do or try, and everything they have tried so far has always failed.
Make one run in Sel Mahun; Monastery of Silence and others... i view ppl farm adena... but no bots...
And u need pay 7 Premion accs to bot with full pt, for farm 1 day and BAN

Innova does not screw around when it comes to cheaters either, plus they actually hold events where they ask players to go around and look for bots. GM staff are very active in game and often go around talking and having fun with the players, some turn into kill the GM events or take a screenshot with a GM and enter it for a prize. :D
No server is 100% bot free and never can be, but Innova does very well in this area. I never have problems with hunting areas, like here where dozens of bots trains are always farming.

Innova has no interest in the US based servers, they only wanted the European hosting rights, they even recently opened a dedicated Polish server with translated client and soon will open a German hosted server.
Frost cannot be used here, or any form of working anti-bot/anti-cheat program because here in the USA such programs are illegal.
GameGuard, the system NCWest is using, is useless as all the high level detection systems have been disabled because of the USA Privacy Protection Act. Personally I think the population on Core is just right, not insanely overcrowded but also far from being empty, and the population is a lot nicer to get along with as well.

Is really a shame ... but with these major donator events ... NC West can not move the servers to another jurisdiction?
I've donated + - 10k NCoins for various actions, and do not consider myself donator ... NC is probably a good profit, just direcionalo to improve server ... I still like L2 but feel disappointed = /

A prefer a bot free server experience with a staff that actually does things for their players. When I was playing here I was not having any real fun, it was a battle just to find spots to hunt mobs for the dailies, never mind doing raid bosses or finding a working group for K85, Teredor, etc. On Innova me and the friends I took with me are enjoying the game again, made a lot of new in game friends and are happy with how Innova handles things.
Players are going to play where they feel comfortable, be in here on on Innova and I no longer have any urge to return here to play.

You will be disappointed with NCWest and how they do things, been 9 years and nothing has changed. They have no interest in fixing things, never have been and you can find that out by search past posts.
Does not matter if it is NCWest or Innova because both are companies and the goal of any company is to make profit however they can; if not they die.

Servers here are doomed to be populated by more bots and cheaters than legit players, been that was since C1. How long they remain in operation nobody knows, but they already closed down other online games here for lack of money and L2 will be no exception; especially when Blade & Soul goes live (to which I do not like anyway).
To be honest I would not want more players on Innova, I like Core just the way it is now. ;)

I did that a week after the game went free to play here and never turned it on since. The only way anybody could contact me in game was though clan, PM or in game mail.

We haven't here real prime time. I play on Naia I know player here from every country of Europe, from Brazil, from US, from Korea, from Japan, from Vietnam, from Egypt, from United Arab Emirates, from Russia.

While the 99% of Innova EU players from Europe, that is their capacity.
So the prices can be low, because nobody doesn't buy the items.
Mostly they are 99 and did farm out what they needed.
If you have a bow here you to AH for day 1 at 1b (not sold) day 2 800m (not sold) day 3 700m (not sold) day 4 500m (there is about 5 same bow in AH with your bow).
While once a guy invest 2-3 billion adena to try over enchant a bow and buy all of the bow from the AH. While tomorrow another guy put a bow to AH for 1,5b and sells it under a day.
On our servers the players make much more over enchant than in the Innova area, I know many legit farmer who made +7 +8 armor pieces too or while at the Innova as i saw the really top armors are +6 mostly and the really top weps about +7.
Yes might be would be fewer +15 wep here too if wouldn't a year ago DEWR in the destiny packs for a month.
But more people made here +10 or higher R grade or higher weapon without DEWR also.
Korea has more jedi weps as here while there weren't dewr in the shop.
Also the reason why we haven't Frost here, because the US doesn't allow the spyware in its area.

As i said,NAIA players and partys are botting their new toons on innova servers right now.And those players arent all the type who buy adena or coins,they left their endlvl toons here to start allover there,so they saw they do can bot and make money to gear their toons of it.
Maybe there are less adena sellers that spam in towns on innova,but what bothered me as a player was NEVER the existance of town adena sellers(exept the ones that fluid chat or pm you and they are morron by doing it cause they annoy players instead of win customers),but the bottrains of players.Adenaseller trains would never keep top xp spot and make players leave,or would never use all their free bilions of adena to top gear and make hero excluding from ceremony/oly whatever <nonhavingbottrains> player.
The problem should always be,Ncwest or whatever other company not let players cheat/bot to win to keep in game space available for everyone who wants to reach top.Why players to give their real money and most of all TIME,just to become victims for top ebayers and cheaters?
Last but not least,game also should have mechanism to reward active and oldest players,otherweise,its not bot to win but its donate to win.

I can confirm it, it is true! A guy in our ts knows another guy who's second cousin is really into things and he confirmed it. All servers are sold to EU; a new special anti-bot program (i am forbidden to disclose the name) will prevent bots, RMT, PvP prgorams etc. We will have the old 34 classes back like they were before awakening but with new skills, armor and weapons. Six new servers will be created and 12 GM's will be assigned per server. Level cap will be 120 and 5 new dragons will appear.
All these information was given in confidence so please don't spread them around. We shouldn't betray the second cousin's trust...
