Look, here is the build we will get:
https://4gameforum.ru/showthread.php?t=659626
As you can see, it contains patches from July 25 (Echo 3) to beyond November 28 (Lindvior 2, what Colorado linked above). That means Juji, one man, has to test the skills of 34 classes, several new hunting grounds, the Ghainak Combat Zone, the Lindvior raid, the cross-server wars etc. pp.
If we get Lindvior before June, it has not been properly tested.
Please let Juji do his job and do not ask for news about Lindvior before July.
The testing that JuJi has to do on those things is lightweight compared to what has already been done in Korea before they sent NCWest the roll up with all the other patches integrated, so your information on how much work it is for him is a bit overstated.
Translations and things like that will need some tweaking.
Yes, some things need to be looked at eye level to make sure it comes across correctly when it's put on our servers. NPCs/items not appearing in game, etc.
Then there's the normal integration testing and things like that (and preparing the patch, etc.). Back end-issues.
But you're acting like he's the sold QA guy in NCSoft korea and is getting a brand spanking new update to test all on his own.
In any case, the issue is more on Korea's end for taking so long to send the update over. They should send the updates over ASAP as quickly after they're release and then send the patches out afterwards because that, yes, does create some interesting scenarios here (like bugfixes getting regressed by an update NCK sent, among other things) that otherwise could be avoided. It also gives people less incentive to quit playing their charaters when they're UMBP/Borderline unplayable (in their opinion) because they can just wait for an update months later that will fix it.
But at least you had more to say than "The Lineage II community in Korea is dead." so I applaud you on that.
EDIT: Link is worthless cause all the tables are images and the website cannot be translated without arduously copy-pasting all the text to Google or Bing translate.
