From what I got from some chat with Juji on the event server, it's most likely not possible to get a PTS for several reasons, the most important one being I guess the ratio between the man hours needed and the amount of useful feedback

If zTools continue working in Lindvior, great.
If iChat continue with adena sellers continue with spam chat in town, great.
If GG removal finaly done, great.

Based upon the date in the month we get this update, there will be at least two months without heroes as players transition from the previous 8 classes to the new 34 class system.
Example: The update arrives in the month of April 01, 2013
No Olympiad hero selection in April. No olympiad points will count towards any compensation, although you may complete olympiad
Heroes will next be selected based on May's competition and point totals.
This is from terragamers dunno why they said 2 months or the off patch notes are set up for 2 months but i believe that 1 month seems ok.

I don't care if it delays it a month, do not even consider taking this update live without a test server. Even if all you do is allow players to "play" and learn what class they prefer, a test server would be a success. That would take no manpower, either.
I would think that NCsoft learned from its COLOSSAL mistake with GoD.
Can you please give info as to what will happene with May Olympiad heros. As lindvore hero is going from 8 to 34 so will there be heros part of the month or no?

Will you be able to give it before this weekend since Olympiad starts agin. So we wont just waste time going for it in case it does not count or if it does.

Sadly, this is not how it works.
Setting up a PTS takes many man hours. More than NCWest is capable of doing due to their limited team size.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have a PTS. I just wanted to dispel this illusion you have that it wouldn't take work for them to accomplish.

Think you didn't understood what FatHips was saying.
Compare the "manpower" for a PTS to the "manpower" and unhappiness of the players which comes along with a totally bugged Version that goes live without any real testing.
(The past showed us what kind of "good" testing their team is able to do)
