I have feoh(on dual class) 90 lvl, Apo retri +4 + 300 , tw robe+ full res, legendary Dyes. I consider buying valakas, or make passive and active wm + some jewellery like zaken and baium.( i got almost 7,5 kkk for spend).
My question is : valakas is worth his price? He give 100% m critical ? And how many give passive and active wm?
