All characters removed from account???

I want to know why? They have been safe on your servers for the better part of 4 years and now suddenly they are gone??? Moffett was a level 59ish scavenger. i also had a crafter on the account and several other characters. I DON'T want to have to remake them!

As for the rest of the replies, Thank you, they were originally on bartz, because that server is in my time zone. i'll check the others, Thanks.

the Bartz that exists now is not the Bartz that originally existed at the opening of the game.

your characters are on Chronos.

the bartz server you see its a new one not the old one
and there is sever maintenance today
and you can make lvl 59 again in like 2 hours or something

I rejoined a couple weeks ago. If you had an old master account, you first need to move your account to the new account system. You do this on the lineage 2 page in account services. Once that is done, the toons will be on the Chronos server. As the previous poster pointed out, the new Bartz is not the old Bartz. Older servers were merged onto Chronos.

same :cool: but anyway , when i came back in L2 luckly i was able to log into my C4/interlude account , and my old lvl 66 BD was still there , but Teon became Naia (merged Teon+Luna , or whatever the name was) , Chronos too got some server merged into...and the "Bartz" server you now see , is not the old one , originally the Bartz server is not melted in Choronos :) if you can't log in is 'cause you've to reactivate ur account ^^

All NEWLY created accounts are required to have the new login system. We have not been forced to migrate older accounts...yet..but soon™
