I bother which to use: shield or sigil. Can you tell advantages and disadvantages of both. Thank you.

Superior Sigil Mastery
Lv.1 – Passive Skill
Increases INT+2, and increases MP recovery bonus+20 and the power of healing skills increases by 40 when equipped with a sigil.

sigil +6 is better, +3,+4,+5 no
the sigil can confuse to enemy (initially) thinking that is a feoh

the shield give more shield p def, but havent mastery

Fully Buffed Aeore vs Fully Buffed Othel
R99+3 gear (Aeore in heavy/light/robe)

Block rate on enemy skills with Wizard's/Knight's Harmony
and amount of damage player receives when skills aren't blocked

Damage decrease from the extra pdef sigil offers (sigil +3/+8) and again with Wizard's/Knight's

Agree?

mp regeneration, heal power and a tiny def amount dont stand against def+block rate from shield. in the pvp scenario. period.

sigil in pvp only for oly, against nukers/wizard type.

what's the wonder, anyway?

Actually, the block works only from the front. Othells usually do backstabs... See where lies my point?

I see.

Still though I am not sure if it is worth using shield or an overenchanted sigil.
At the moment I am using shield.

PS. Magic shortcut "Next Target" takes fire when an othel attempts to get behind me and stab me ^^

So conclusion is: in oly - sigil vs wizard and another healer, shield - vs all other classes. What about pve?

depends on what type of clan you belongs. if a pvp clan, heavy/light armor + shield for open pve; if a pure pve clan, then go with robes and sigil, doesnt matter - since rarely you will take some serious dmg, imo.

Pretty much. I'm in Sunshine so I'm okay wearing Vesper Noble Robes xD
