You announced to expect Livindor next month. Can we expect patch notes soon. There's a lot of changes in the next update, and be nice to have some confirms information on the various different classes, and not speculations.
Some questions that have been going around for example that need confirms NC west answers.
1.)Can you reawaken to any class aside from domi, and maestro IE an archer can become a shilen saint. Or can you only reawaken within your own class an iss has to become swm,sd,heiro, etc. Can a darkelf become a light elf such as a lightelf becoming a shilenknight.
2.) Will you be given up sub class change certs again.
3.)What are the skills will classes keep, what will they lose.
4.)Will summoners have an update version of there party buff. IE updated cat buff? Will they get there old cubics?
5.) What will happen with unidentified armor? If you opening it next update can it be bound or only standard?
And by the way, in Asia white is the color of the west, standing for the white lotus, Buddhism, India (people had to travel westwards to get to what is now called Karakorum Highway (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karakorum_Highway)). Since Lindvior came from Gracia in the west, the correct name of the updates is "Power of the West Wind" for Lindvior 1 and "Ruler of the West Wind" for Lindvior 2. What you read on some websites about a "zephyr" is a mistranslation by Mr. Google (细风 instead of 西风).

Good, that you did start to talk about, this background of the game world:).
I just did read the wikipedia yesterday about the Elves in the Germanic/Nordic mythology.
There was an interesting part, when the wikipedia says, that these tales often called the Dwarfs as Dark Elves, since Dark Elves lived in the hills too as the Dwarfs.
But as I read these Germanic/Nordic myths about Elves, Dark Elves, Dwarfs often they aren't able to decide, that these creatures are good or evil.
Also often they speak about different looks of these creatures.

No, when you reawaken your class in Lindvior, you are choosing between the options of that class. If you're an archer you get to pick what kind of archer you want to be, etc...

Unidentified items will still work as they did before. The only change is that unidentified items will no longer drop, they can't be crafted, nor can they be purchased from NPC shops.

So best bet now is to save any and all Unidentified items we find untill after the update to insure they become standard or blessed and no bound. Maybe pick up a few from AA and packrat them till update. ?

Juji, as you can see, it would be really good if we could get a first draft of the preliminary patch notes right now.
To say it again:
Unidentified items will behave in Lindvior exactly as now. You can double click them, and with a very great probability they will turn into Bound Items. Only with a small probability they will become Standard Items, and with an infinitesimally small probability they will become Blessed Items.
It makes no difference whether you double-click Unidentified Items now or in Lindvior.

[Ghost of sace]Quit posting rumors, omg![/ghost of sace]
That rumor was posted by Chief Developer Namgung Gon:
In Chapter 3 the supply of Unidentified Items will be discontinued and the Item System will be configured mainly around Standard Items. I have already mentioned this before, and as a first step towards this new structure we have discontinued the supply of Unidentified Items of S-Grade and below with the Echo 3 update in July. As of Chapter 3, there will also be no more Unidentified Items of R-Grade and above supplied. Only the Unidentified Items which remain on the servers after the Chapter 3 update will turn with a certain probability into Bound/Standard/Blessed Items when double-clicked, just like at present. http://lineage2.plaync.co.kr/promotion/yourvoice2012/voice/viewNotice?articleId=519819 (Korean) http://boards.rochand.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=922&start=10#p14155 (English)
(bolding by me)
No offense taken. It gave me an opportunity to post the original source :)
And again for Juji:
As you can see, there are a lot of wild rumors and downright false information floating around. Since people are basing their decisions (in this case whether to stock up on Unidentified Items or not) on what they know about the coming update, you should make sure that the information is correct. There will still be more than enough players who misunderstand what you write :D
i can see this being the other way around. ppl stock up unid items now because idk whats in their mind but when lindvior comes and standard items drop as nuch as unid items before lindvior, ppl will get stuck with a bunch of useless unid items in their inventory.

Well, not really. You can break or unbind them...
yea i know. what i was saying is that if standard items will be as abundant as unid items then there is no point in using unbind or even more keeping them... some of the items from r to r99 have really low prices
Yeah, that's for sure. Unbind scrolls also will come with mentee coins, and they'll be fairly expensive, so better use them for already identified pieces of gear...

Crystallizing items after Lindvior will be more beneficial.
And because we lack the patch notes people prefer to stock unidentified items.
KnightOfDarkness from Rochand and Dawe, who also posts here, have been working on professional translations of those patch notes for their respective clan sites since several months. You may want to contact them and compare notes. Misunderstandings easily creep in :)
I've commented this on other threads already, we know you want patch notes ASAP and we're working on releasing them. There are several reasons that we haven't released them yet but unfortunately I can't go into them.
What I can say is that we'll be releasing all the patch notes before the patch goes live, in a big way (and not days before it goes live either).
