How do you think? Isn't better than giant punch to stay with shock stomp and thunder storm with +chance enchant?
How many +chance should I get to make it usefull at high lvl pvp?
I can't sleep and can't find ansawer for my question.
"Most" old debuffs dont land on 85+ players and mobs.
I imagine the dread old stuns fall into the not landing category.
agree!!! 3rd buff of some specific classes is worth to keep; but about debuff, they all become trash after u awaken.
In addition, Giant Punch has a really good land rate and gives u a bonus damage skill when it lands.

I know a debuff that is lvl 74 and works even on 99 :p
