It might be a good idea to wait with unbinding equipment until after the update.
Apparently you are not aware that unbind scrolls are already available from those bosses.
R grade - Istina (General)
R95 - Octavis (General)
R99 - Antharas, Valakas, Both Tauti, Trasken, and Extreme Octavis and Istina.
In Echo 2, we should have gotten the unbind armor and unbind weapon scrolls which were added to those bosses drop lists along with other changes to their drop lists. For example Istina (General) would drop (in Lindvior update) the old Unbind R grade scroll, and new Unbind Weapon Scroll R - grade and Unbind Armor Scroll R - grade.
Same bosses with more types of unbind scrolls (also new Lindvior Raid). We have no reason to believe that the % drop rate will be increased.
What I foresee is the amount of unbind scrolls remaining the same and the amount of bound gear slowly decreasing over time and thus the price of unbind scrolls slow decreasing.
minor detail but after checking RU Lindvior PTS I know their Campaign rewards have been changed and if I understand ze Russian good enough ppl will start doing campaigns again if we get the same ;)
edit: or maybe not if the success rate stayed the same as it seems the only change was to split it between armor/weapons :/

on lindvior you test it you dont see that written anywhere on those unbind scrolls from campaigns. what would be the point to put new unbind scrolls with low chance when you want to get rid of the whole bound thing because it was a mistake putting bound gear in the first place. they specially put unbind at mentor, campaigns, bosses and whatever else is there to get rid of bound for good. i might be wrong but at least the text written on those scrolls does not lie.
The Unbind Scrolls that are dropping from the bosses iMist listed in the post I linked above have a 100% success rate and might even, with a really really small probability (극히 낮은 확률), produce a Blessed item. thank you for making this clear, but i don't really get the point of this. i thought it was clearly stated somewhere before (patchnotes, updates, etc) that the "sucKsessrate" is 5%.

You might be trying to exchange the link with a wrong scroll.
There are options for Campaign Scrolls/Old scrolls used on both weapon and armor/elcyum.
You must find the link for the scroll you have.
