It's not possible to add a pendant to the L2 Store hat. The Romantic Chapeu is not the same item as the Refined Romantic Chapeau. You can however add the Refined Romantic Chapeau as an appearance to a hair accessory with a pendant using the Hair Accessory Appearance Stone.
