R99 heavy setup

hello guys, finally i get the last piece of mine R99 heavy armor set. now i need to decide wich is better (attack or defens type), i like pve but i pvp all the times there is the chance to fight.
mine setup is con +5 str +1 / dex +5 con +1 / str+5 dex+1, i use specter slasher+ focus for pve / specter stormer + dmg for pve / apocalypse duals health+haste for pvp.
earring of shock/ earring knockback / eternal necklace / Baium + AQ

i will go to defense type but i would like to know how you think about ;)

In most cases stormer is better for pvp.
Also you need better mdef rings.

My 2 cents.

go full +15 str, or +15 con for defense.

Your dex tat is useless.

Mmm how do you reach close to 99 and still find dex useful on anything but rogue/archer?
