Freya Weapons Appearence Stones and Halisha's helmet.

Since long time, some weapons are being used for "appearence" in cerimony of chaos buff. Ok keep it, btw, give to players the chance to use those appearences in their weapons out of cerimony of chaos.
Those weapons don't drop anymore(old high S84, "freya weapons"), look at some examples about what we are losing:

Since long time, Halisha's Helmet don't drop anymore(the ones that remain are before god update). Pls make it dropable again, or add it in l2 store.

Yes let's make everything which is a bit special and rare a common thing to everyone who just starts tha game so every character can be the same with the others. The ones who were playing long enough to have these items can use them or do what they want with them. Well sorry if some people started play in trully free and cannot take those items coz don't drop anymore (or never existed on their servers, like Bartz) =)
