I'm not sure where to report a bug and i'm sorry if this is not the correct place or method regarding the whole issue thing. I tried to submit a petition through the game, but instead I got a message saying, the support is down, use a ticket.
When I try to claim my Dimensional Items from Dimensional Merchants in both Town of Rune and Town of Goddard there seems to be a bug. I see my gifts waiting for my to claim them. But when I hit receive, nothing happens.
Have others been experiencing similar issue when claiming their gifts?
