Question for Jujii/Vali on Reinforced Baium's Ring

Hi, I know that the Item Broker Auction NPC sells Reinforced Epic Boss Jewels like Reinforced Baium's Ring and such

In the new Lindvior Patch, according to Korean patch and also notes on: http://wiki.terragamers.net/index.php?title=Boss_Jewelry

You can turn Baium's Ring to -> Baium's Soul Ring

My question is:
Can This Be Done To the "Reinforced Baium's Ring" bought from the Item Broker Auction NPC?

bump:confused:

guess what staff ppl also have in their weekends the day off ;)

I'll double-check tomorrow.
