Worked fine for me.
Bought 20 scrolls, 3 failed to 4, 1 fail to 5.
No more coins for a 2nd attempt on +5 ^^
In L2Store in game i read "85Incorrect level" (written in red) under the Scroll: Enchant Power shirt.
What is the meaning? I'm 89 and i can't use scroll?
I tried to go beyond +4 on the shirt two times and failed. $10 just for giggles. My thoughts are don't bother unless you want to blow a lot of money gambling on them. I know when to walk away and $10 poorer no less.

The average cost been 100-150$ to get a +6 Shirt. And only a few actually managed to get +7 or +8 where they had to spend a lot more of their $

So what the **** point do those rates on useless sh1rt exept some "9th celebration" scam of money from l2 comunity ? please NcWest before you put something into l2store do it with nice manners or pplz will be very dissapointed and go to blizzard :)
