expect average cost for a +6 shirt to be around $100 as that's what happened last time.. you might want to do a search as ppl actually ran statistics on this and the ods got really bad after +6..
btw Korea had a special letter event as 9th Anni with nice rewards but that is based on their P2P model which encourages ppl to go outside and hunt mobs where as here in our F2P it only encourages botting so meh..
still am kind of sad there are no more outdoor events that stimulates ppl to do more then only instances..
Well, Juji answering questions on this thread regarding the rune but avoiding any comment regarding the 9th Anniversary Celebration. I think everything is said now.
Kinda sad to see NCSoft slowly going down those last months. While the Battle Tournament was a nice thing, it was easy to see that NCWest got overcrowded by any unexpected issue. While we should expect the next update in "May", we can still wait for a previous website or a patchnote (May is in less than one week if it's the same for me and everyone else). While we could expect something wonderful, a big surprise for the 9th Anniversary, the best we get will be GM Buffs. Hopefully the GM buffs will be available for 2 weeks (like most events) so everyone can benefits from them without having to tweak his/her playtime ...

Who cares? We have not had a free vitality event in forever. On top of removing the chance vit items could skill mastery and lowering our vit exp bonus, which has been 300% on innova servers. I hear rumors saying Korea has better exp bonuses too... which I can't confirm.
One thing is for sure, If you want to make this overly steep grind a little easier... you better pay out of your ***. From a $15 monthly free in the old days, to buying a month long 100% exp rune for $45. Which by the way isnt even a permanent store item. It's normally more costly and a 100% exp bonus is still not going to make grinding that much less of a pain. This though is not including vitality bonus exp and all of the other exp bonus items you can buy.
2. Vesper noble LA pack including free mask:
Ok, you cannot say it includes a free mask. Maybe your meant "bonus." If you have to pay for something, you aren't really getting anything for free. And why a LA pack? People would of course want heavy and robes. You could also increase your revenue you're trying so hard to get from faster experience items.
3. Free fireworks:
Yeah lets pop some over-used fireworks animations and celebrate this and all recent poor events. Including the unfair/improperly hosted battle tournament. "Assuming the fireworks animation is the same as previously seen. I have not claimed my item, but even if it's new it makes little difference."
4. Cookies:
Cool, level 1-95 only. 96+ can enjoy the full stress of the grind during this event.
5. Eva's Runes:
Over priced. It should be a real multi-pack and not just one rune per purchase. Just my opinion though, it's cool you're keeping these in the game having them in the lottery wheel and now this.
6. Power Shirt:
It's also great you guys bring back previously sold items. This gives people a chance to get something they wanted that they had missed out on and keep it a *little* more balanced in-game between players. Rather than releasing a new shirt with different bonuses every other week. *Crosses fingers* Though yes you have released one other shirt aside this one.

We have no test server to experience things before hand. Patch notes are so **** late too. We're supposed to have this new patch in less than a month and the update has been live for quite some time now in Korea. Shouldn't we have patch notes by now?

Wow, I actually really was looking forward to celebrate the 9th Anniversary of Lineage II, especially since I've joined Lineage II since day 1.
I absolutely loved the previous Anniversary events and made me want to play as much as I possibly could. This year, however, I am very disappointed.

Im almost surprised at the lack of free ports and cheap augmentions arent being thrown in like previous events. Though the thing that doesnt surprise me is the revolving around the nc store.

After it went F2P the events just turned to garbage.
Korean servers are having weekly/biweekly random events, even if the rewards are trivial you still get something for participating in them. It makes the game fun.
What we have here are just cherry picked events where they butcher the rewards by having you pay Ncoin for them.

I was hoping for the Easter event "Bunny Money" to return this year and it did not. I've pretty much ignored any event announcements lately. The V-day event was a total fraud. You couldn't even try to win without buying the cremes from the store.
I feel no urge to grind anymore since there are no real events I would play like a mad man during events sometimes forgetting about sleep just to get the most out of it. Lets say I slept alot better and my toon hardly levels anymore because its not interesting to play this game no more.
I rather of paid $15.00 a month then have it for free and have people who can offically pay to play win

I think you should start treating NCoins like a frequent rewards program. Whoever buys X amount gets a free cosmetic package of their choice, which includes these transforms (and limited use buff).

This is true. While I'm glad the game is f2p now, they still have to make money or they won't be able to afford updates/servers/etc. I spent a couple bucks to get a power shirt and some goggles. I'm sure when I hit the high 80's and my mentor's buffs are gone I'll pay for buff packs. If I spend $15 or less per month, then it's the same or less than other games cost for their subs, so no biggie.
