I realize ppl can buy xp runes, but still would be nice if they did a double xp and drops event again before the update. I hardly ever here people complain about this kind of event. Even ppl who are 99 still can find some benefit out of it by leveling subs, alts, or working towards 100%.
This event also doesn't overload the server with ppl attempting to get items etc. And if ncsoft really wants to make money just make the runes stack with the event then you'd have even more ppl spending money at the store to double up on it for 1 week.
But to apply appearence to one set you need other set and the stones. So yes... it's an vesper noble set (without helmet) in the pack.
You just get the look though, you aren't getting any of it's stats or bonuses, that's why there is no helmet. It's silly to even bother with it,but some people like shiny ****.

I honestly don't even get too bent out of shape over these "events" and "store updates". It's how they make money now and you aren't forced to buy any of it. I got things I like and when NC decides to send me joygasams I buy them :) I don't buy as much anymore.

After the previous events, it is good that finally we get some free stuff in the name of celebration.

Players, deal with it, the GM-s just don't feel like celebrating, because they know it just as much as we do, that the management of the game is at ruins.

About the celebration, I also think, that the current celebration at least what is now available is quite poor celebration party.
You could make some double XP week or gives the players 3-4 birthday potions what they can use up when they want.
Also some items what can remind us to the 9th birthday.
Until the best birthday party was the 7th birthday party, it was really way the best.
I hope you still plan to add any free gifts for the players not for 1 NCoins, but totally free.

Also the items what the people can't trade won't lure bots to the game neither.
Also there was an event in 2010 or 2011 this Rabbit Rampage when you randomly appeared in a spot and we had to hunt elpies for the reward.
I think/feel, that since Cryo the Producer the technical and game content parts of the service, much better.
But under the Moxie times, we had a lots of creative organized event, what under the event times did lure a lots of players to the game.
So, I hope after the next maintain or after the Lindvior launch we will have some useful and truly free gifts too from you.

Farm events are always the best events because it motivates people to hunt/buy runes/drop runes.
If they actually cracked down on botting, then there wouldn't be a problem during events. It's easier for them to give us ****** Galleria "events" than it is for them to police their own game.

so as i understand it the way to get r grade armor with drac appearance can be done on kameals you get a heavy set and use appearance stones to change it to imperial crusader since kameal have to texture for heavy armor they get light s grade armors appearance which is drac

I was a little dissapointed really. I mean i understand GMs like to give buffs and all, but we have 99 buffers to do that .... GMs back in the day used to log in and give buffs becaused they LIKED to interact with the L2 community. Some more PR would be great, but dont use the 9 years as a reason to show up on the servers :/
I don't know if trasken will be "defeatable" in next chronicle, try in 10th anniversary interact with players like try put all server to kill "undefeatable" boss.
Stay afk in town with aura buffs in automatic mode "like a bot" is the best we can do? While gm's stay "afk" "stucked" in their "unique horses" @ fantasy island bots (pvp and pve) running for free in Elmore and Gracia.
If gm's can't defeat trasken try create a anti-bot hunt event in next anniversary. Aura buffs with future "unique items" for sale in L2 Store is not a good "event"
