I just watched it for a while, and recognized only one name there. I remember that summoner, while being in some clan, was always looking for wartags, whenever I saw him out of town. He was 95+, permanently in "pvp mode" (mostly in the Swamplands), so I wondered, how the hell and when the hell do such people gain at least some xp.
Now I see the answer. :o
I suspect the winning team maybe from us while losing team from euro.

here is a question from an old school fps player....did the winning team have the lowest ping?
Let me tell you, in such a cheat-pestered game as L2, ping is the last thing you want to talk about when you see all kinds of cheats everywhere. If your ping is under 200 ms you are ok.
back in the day on fps games, lowest ping always won.
Actually, I used to play an online game where high ping was an advantage. :p It was a TPS ****-n-slash game in which certain vital things (such as sword blocks) were processed client-side. There I was one of the most hated high ping b@stards, as everyone believed that I always won solely due to lag. :o
