Dear Ncsoft,
I tried to make a purchase of Ncoins through my Visa card but for some reason this screen appears in my computer and i cant do the purchase. Can you please tell me what the problem is? Thanks in advance.

Maybe your mom's credit card is maxed out :P

I'm having the same problem here, i can't even edit my card on file cause it's says "fail save".. Reported to support but i think i wont be able to buy the agathion cause it will not be solved in time :mad:

Uncheck save card on file and it will work

and like this every time when i want to spent some money :)
