I bet your friend is one of those feoh that are butt hurt because they don't check what buffs a tank has on and kills himself with reflect or argue that tanks should have 1k m.def so he can 2 shot one, a good feoh right now can kill a tank without having to do crazy stuff but I do agree that feoh damage is low(just take in mind yul damage vs feoh damage) and needs to get buffed and it is getting buffed.
