I do not understand why in certain targets, the healer debuffs miss much on target.
I had the same problem in lower lvls but easier to lvl up (at 85 and now at 90, respectively lvls arise where the new daily / instances). Is it anyway, typical? Sometimes it becomes so difficult to debuff a target, either in PvP or else in a Raid Boss. Since in my lvl i cannot modify nor enchant debuffs .... so as to maximize the effects of the debuff ... :confused:

Lumi / Backfire at lvl 85 will hard land on zelaka malaka
Backfire lvl up at lvl 86 and will land 80% of casts on zelaka malaka
At lvl 89 90% of debuffs will land on zelaka malaka
On PvP, player level is the secret, 2 or more levels = land ever or never.
Examples:
Healer 85 x Tyr 85 = hard to land
Helaer 87 x Tyr 85 = will land fine
Healer 89 x Tyr 85 = will land ever
Healer 99 x Tyr 99 = will land
Healer 99 skills +5 x Tyr 99 = will land fine
Healer 99 skills +10 x Tyr 99 = will land ever

I dont know about pvp but you are wrong about instances.I am now 87 lvl and lumi landed about 95% on zelaka at 85lvl and backfire about 80%

Maybe I'm wrong because when Kartia was implemented in the game i was lvl 89...
In Kalios (K95) the land rate at lvl 97 is greater in comparison with the lvl 95 :p
