Weapon for race ?????

i have 2 tanks 85, with this equips for pve:
- tw hv attack type
- hat +50 crtical rate
- Sub status + 40 crtitical rate

Witch one is the best weapon for my pve to DELF and ELF:

- Apoc avenger haste + critical damage up
or
- Apoc Cutter haste + focus
