same for me. nc support said that problem is in my bank or/and paypal. but when i ask paypal support and my bank it sales manager they sayd that there is no restrictions and problems on my card... so the truth is out there :rolleyes:

That NCsoft inconcistency and incomptence is going blatant on some topics ?
now.. i chec way4 (processing bank) i work at my bank.. support cards.. see thet transaction work. and it's decline by NC soft.
write GM's in support -> 4 times they redirected to other GM's -> on 5th GM say me thet some of they system think the transaction riskily and decline. they give me chace to payment 24h. i pay all good.. but all times write in support and w8 24h for donate? it's..
