You should use siege for the most part and use rapid for skill cooldowns like quick fire, flash, etc since those are very easy to switch for. If your apm is high then you could use a combination of both to achieve fast skill reuse and max damage, but that method requires too much attention to do for any length of time. Anyways the stances will be tweaked and changed to buffs in lindvior so any info about usage now may change.

sniper if 1by1 with pinpoint (ex. hellfire pentras and other mobs)
pvp: siege. vs tank rapid..
if not legit then mix. rapid => siege => back to rapid. :rolleyes:

IT's totally doable with either a nostromo macro or manually with naga + nostromo.
