From the few I have opened , like 20 each , I got 0 giants LS from the one and 0 kaliel desire from the other ..
So, as of now, they are only available from L2 Stores? (if you decide to make them available)

Nice can u regrow weapons +7 or more to +6? cause lot of ppl have weapons OE thanks to those scrols, and if u delete them now they will have a lot of advantage.

Fo some pplz in naia it's not a problem. They can enchant without dewr with 100% success rates. As dismiss was linked +15 dark amarathine blessed retributer :). Its enchanted "legit ways" ofc. Lulz.

im pretty sure they did that again and will do it until get permaban. Otherwise who cares if they can use wepaon for couple months ? I wouldnt mind if i could use +15 pvp retributer for few months. what ya think ?

have a look at the museum stats if you want to see who made +16/+15~>+7 R99 w/e grades and when your at it also check their oe weapon enchant attempts cause their all listed..
right now you can still get dewr through ingame means and there have been plenty of ppl who stock piled them when they were in the NC Store.. I personally still got a few left as well just keeping them for when I feel like making a +15 R99 weapon..
btw insinuating that Juji or GM's in general are corrupt is not a smart thing to do on their own official forum..

Thanks a bunch for that ! The lifestone pack opening was kinda frustrating although somewhat expected , especially considering the only other way to get that is through exchanging 50 elcyum ( or around 12b adena in current pricing ) .Hope the kaliel pack opening shows that the chances of getting kaliel desire are better !
