I mean the same appearance is going to be available in june, why did people bother to collect 12? i think ncsoft should give these devoted players a little bit more than just a lousy appearance stones. Why not give them a DEWR when they send in all 12? at least that'll make them happier.

It would be nice to show screens, how does Ninja set look like on every race (in few angles for each race). Has it unified look when applied to heavy/light/robe or it differs for each type of armour? The same with weapon - I would like to see it to consider spending money for that.
Is this look "destroyable" with further enhancement of armour? (I mean enchanting, adding up element, giving enhancement option and so on). The same for gun looks - is it destroyable with adding up enchants, elements, SA, and so on options?

Generally I don't think that it is good business model to say: now, now, now pay us money for time-limited offer of whatever (now agathions), if you collect it all, you will be rewarded with SOMETHING-BUT-WE-WON'T-TELL-YOU-NOW-WHAT-IT-MIGHT-BE (maybe useful, maybe useless).
Much more fair would be to tell (at the very beginning): we offer you THIS, it looks like THIS (with bunch of screens or youtube videos in case of appearance or fashion things) and it acts like THIS, your investment will be lost when you do THIS and THIS, we want THIS amount of your money for it and love it, or leave it. With uncertain info you are leaving your customers confused and unhappy, that they don't exactly know, what they will get for their money.

For example - I love fashion things and I'm willing - from time to time - to spend some reasonable amount of money for it. With this your marketing campaign I would spend lot of money and in the end I also could finish with "10 FREE BONUS vitality maintaining pots", which I absolutely don't care about...
Another example - I'm Elf Aeore lvl 97 with Santa Outfit in my Seraph Armour. If I consider present terms of your marketing campaign, I would consider to buy rest of your Agathions (so far i bought 3 because I loved them as fashion accessory) to get exclusive look of ninja - even if it is risky for me, because I haven't seen it on white elf male char... If I bought it, I would spare it for my Eternal armour, which I plan to use when I reach lvl 99. But it will last to me some time to get on that level and prepare that armour. But now, from discussion, not from your marketing, I know important information, that later it will be added to L2store anyway, with good probability that it will not cost as much... So spare your action offer of ninja set to my armour is most probable waste of money. Waste of my money, plotted by NCWest against me. I hate being dealt this way! I know, you need money to run this game. I'm supporting you from time to time by buying fashion from your store. But what I'm trying to tell you is to consider to act like solid store and provide your customers with full detailed info from beginning and let them make qualified decision about their money, rather then using these half-info peddler tricks.

When you released agathions campaign, you were each week releasing two agathions - each pair of agathion offer was time limited (one week) to get them. Nobody knew supposed progress of campaign, nobody knew from start exact number of agathions to get bonus (one agathion from each release or all agathions), nobody knew on which basis is bonus set, nobody knew what bonus it will be. Nobody knew, that all agathions will be offered one more time - all at once.
You literally forced your customers to buy pig in a poke.
Now you posted some extended info and you sell them all again. Now we know on which basis bonuses are set and at least what bonuses they are. But - especially for fashion - nobody knows how does it look like on his char, how does japanese guns look like at all, nobody knows what are all exact conditions to make this expensive appearances dissapear, and the worst of all, almost nobody knows (from your campaign) important related information, that you are planning to sell this appearances directly. Simply, this is "mastery in getting your paying customers dissapointed" skill overenchanted +10. :(

Such extreme master waste put ninja outfit like a promotion for agathions... the price for all agathions is too expensive, u guys are just losing money instead of put ninja outfit in nstore (hair acessory, weapon, armor separated).
I want just that mask >.< (trust me, I'm not the only one, after this period of agathions make a search to check how many full ninja outfits delivered and make counts how much u lost don't giving to us what we are asking for >.<)

Touché Vali, I actually mean for $150 or 12000 NCoin the armor and weapon should be "real" virtual items not the same appearance scrolls that will be sold next month for less.
Let me put it another way. I was thinking the rewards for gathering all the Soul Avatar Agathion would be of more value than just waiting for the limited time to pass and getting the rewards marked down for a clearance sale.

Plus, I was hoping that collecting these permanent agathions would yield a permanent bonus. Couldn't the outfit and weapon be in the form of runes? As long as the runes are in your inventory, your armor and weapon will be in a transformed state. Why couldn't that work?
If each one was different than buying all might make sense. Buying both male and female agathions is a waste of money.
Valid point... I though this was the case and even asked for clarification. But no it was a big secret that you need all 12, not even sure why when they ended up just selling them all at the end of the limited time period. One phase come to mind when I think of the promotion, "insert derogatory comment"!

If you've purchased all 12 Agathions, you have all the pieces to assemble the code (sentence). The first person to submit the CORRECT code will win: ...
Only the FIRST person to submit the CORRECT code will receive the rewards.
The code pieces can create multiple different sentences but only ONE is the correct code.
