Is Ultimate Transfer Pain worth to learn ?

normally you can rise your c. speed by sub skills, acu ofc. robe set and other things then you can get max c. speed DYEs you should make 3x INT or... ok 2x INT and 1x WIT this is normal summoner build ask better lvls then you... now will be lindvior you should get same answer about armor, true story

Better levels.. dang, I need to hurry to level 100 then. Also the "normal summoner build" is quite different from what I do.

1700 casting in heavy is ok for me
