Well i have just hit 86 and now have some adena, however im not too sure what to do.
is a single dagget with dual SA as good or better than dual dagger +3 with dual SA
i ask because i have enough, but i dont think i will have enough adena to make +4 duals.
I believe single daggers are better for skills. Dual daggers are better for regular hits.
As a dagger who has experimented with both setups, i would digress. I think the difference is un-noticeable in normal stances (86-94, non boss jewel non augment non special tattoos), and even there, the balance tips towards dual daggers.
For the OP, go with what you can afford (single if i read correctly), but i would advise towards dual daggers instead of single.
