Depends, may be he is just a boxed character. I don't feel putting my Iss box as Domi =)
I dont feel put my main either if not 99 all ready or with cp with clan to lvl up. 85lvl Domi will have alot of pain to get 99, unless its clan box...
well bd-iss only if you think you will end up soloing alot else sws/pp iss >>> bd-iss
sws-iss cause it has a useful disable skill in which u can kill ppl + high survivability
pp-iss cause it has more hp/cp/mp then the rest and will have the best skill re use time of all, very good for party buffer aka fast rebuf & healthy mp management + fastest re use of BR etc.
bd-iss only real good thing is the slightly better DPS so meh..
Really the only options are PP or domi. SWS/BD possibly if you like oly otherwise atm they arent as useful as PP or domi. DC is completely useless.
I don't see pp better than sws bd in pve/pvp , 5% skill reuse isn't that much , i can say pp is betwen sws and bd with survivability/dps , and his transform skill isn't that great also compared to others ....

It's 10% at level 99 which is at least a 10% increase in dps over the entire party because you BR 10% more often. Iss will also use a lot more mp now with heals costing more/reuse on chaos symphony being ~15 seconds on average pp iss so 10% mp use is helpful plus 10% hp cp mp. It's quite simple really.
Also dps on an iss does not matter at all. Even a nuker/rogue with a few coc pots can easily mitigate their damage. Even a couple hundred billion adena geared iss will do less damage than 3 billion geared dd.
that's why I ranked SwS higher then BD cause their survivability is much higher and in the update after Lindvior they even get a UD skill so yeah..
BD is nice for solo play were DPS matters or to be just different as from what I hear the medusa skill does have a high land rate but if that's good enough to make up for the difference between the Domi/PP/SwS meh..

With the chaos essences you will be able to test both classes. I still think for most full party pvps PP will be a better choice because of reuse on skills especially angels touch. I have not pvp'd on my ISS in a long time so I can't really confirm my suspicions in practice.
