There are some non-forgotten skill be removed after awakening.
Ex : Summoner's Betray. It is not forgotten skill, not in replacement skill list. But it was removed :confused:
Some skills are removed regardless of the skill exchange system. Like Light Armor Mastery, Spirit of the Unicorn/Phantom/Cat... So like Noisia said, it isn't a mistake. The moment you click on "Awaken" after the skill list is presented to you, you lose the skills NOT listed there, which function as a basis for the exchange for Awakened skills.
I need to confirm some information. Some people said "echo empower will be deleted" after the tauti update.
Is that mean only skill in replacement list can be kept ?

You can keep Empowering Echo but it gets overwritten by any harmony or sonata like many of the old skills do. Arcane Power stacks with new buffs so that's good until your higher lever where Wizard Spirit is better, imo
There is no point in keeping a skill you cannot use. You can replace EE now and in that update you will get it back anyways regardless of whether or not you replaced it now or not.
