in the end will not be a huge difference between them at pve - u'll kill what u need to kill anyway and at pvp masters skills and items are important. pets doesn't count at all. i mean all do same thing.

In the end there will be alot of DPS difference between the three Wynn Classes. The playtime matters. The faster you kill, the more exp you gain per/hour, right? It is all about efficiency.
1+1=2! DPS tested on a NPC with high P.Def/M.Def. Raids/Monsters the damage difference will only go up more.
So if I go Istina/Octavis I will go with Elemental Master since you will kill a raid alot faster. All 3 Wynn Summoner Pets got almost the same Crit Rate. So they all Crit the same. However the Elemental Summoner will damage for 20% more during a Crit Strike with the new Pet Buff.
When the Spectral Master will Crit for 1.300 each time the Elemental Master will Crit for 1.560 each time. GF So Pets do make a difference or else do NOT call it a Summoner.
PS. Gear does not mean sheit. Players Skills do. I've seen Wynns with +15 R95 Retributers been beaten by Wynns with +4 Caster R95 in Olympiad.

this is a bit misleading
spectral master/elemental master/arcana lord pets have the same stats but you put stats with the new buffs, servitor share etc and stats are also a bit inluenced by race etc...

yes maybe u'll kill istina / octavis with 2 minutes faster with elemental summoner. big achievement, and u assume u'll have lined up lots of high level summoners to can choose from. gl with that

agree with u about better equipped wynns loosing to others, but i'm saying items means a lot when u have 2 summoners with similar play skills. ofc a noob with +15 will loose vs a + 4 skilled wynn.
this is a bit misleading
spectral master/elemental master/arcana lord pets have the same stats but you put stats with the new buffs, servitor share etc and stats are also a bit inluenced by race etc...
I doubt if this is misleading. Since the Human Summoner got only 2 STR more. It gives the Human Close-ranged Fighter Pet (15.535-15.410)125 more P.Atk then the Light Elf Close-ranged Fighter Pet. This is considered if the Pets do have same stats. So this mean the Racial Skills influence the Pets P.Atk at a minimal cost. Considering this increase includes Lv2. Melodies/Warrior Harmony/Servitor Share and ofcourse the New Pet buff. So it's even more minimal. The new Pet Buffs do really influence the Pets DPS total in the end. That is a fact.
The reason why this Elemental Summoner Buff is OP (20% increase critical damage). The same reason why all physical fighters are using Baium & QA or Olympiad Warrior Ring combinations for a total of 30% Crit Damage increase. It is simply a solid fact that Crit Damage is OP with these Items, like the New Pet Buff. Players don't wear things Rings just for the M.Def do they. ;)
Surprise surprise. Not misleading at all. Just reality.
Arcana lord looked best at first, but only gets +20% attack from base attack speed (171 increase in attack speed)
Bow with focus may work much better. You can even try a +15 DEX build to check the dps.
Spectral master 20% power attack increase on 0 power defense is also 20% more critical damage. On big power defense it no longer provides 20% increase in critical damage it seems.
At least with skills you will hit a bit harder with spectral master because of increased power attack.
Make a test with the long range summons. Those summons have lower critical rate and attack speed.
Also try more than 10 hits per test to normalize results.

and when the Elemental Master's pets hits the target 4 times the Spectral Master will hit the target 5 times, (20% attk speed) so there would be a balance in the total damage output if like you said they crit pretty much at the same rate.
and when the Elemental Master's pets hits the target 4 times the Spectral Master will hit the target 5 times, (20% attk speed) so there would be a balance in the total damage output if like you said they crit pretty much at the same rate.
100 hits vs 80, 1000 vs 800, it adds up.
Your formula can not work under these circumstances. Since each Wynn get his own specialised buff which increases DPS differently. Attack Speed vs. Critical Damage vs. P.Atk.
And yet the DPS test says the following.
#1 Elemental Master with his Critical Damage; #2 Spectral Master with his P.Atk and last #3 Arcana Lord with his Attack Speed. 4.900 vs. 4.300 vs. 4.000 DPS/second. It seems the 20% Attack Speed from the Arcana Lord can not keep up vs. the P.Atk and the Crit Damage Buff increase.
Critical Hits
Arcana Lord: 1.200 per Hit (20% Atk.Speed)
Elemental Master: 1.450 per Hit (20% Crit Dmg)
Spectral Master: 1.350 per Hit (20% P.Atk)
Only Arcana Lords get the 20% Atk Speed increase buff for Pets. So not the Spectral Master.
When two-handed magic blunts are equipped, P. Atk is increased to 105% and physical accuracy increases by 4.
The new servitors only use Beast Soulshots. Skill uses R-Grade Crystals.
When two-handed magic blunts are equipped, P. Atk is increased to 105% and physical accuracy increases by 4.

So if it is only a 5% bonus increase. The amount of P.Atk of a two-handed magic blunt (aka Retributer) will not even come near the P.Atk of a Thrower right?

DPS Test on Long-Ranged Physical Attack Summons
I noticed these new Long-Ranged Pets got the same P.Critical Rate as Close-Ranged Pets. Although they have slightly lower Atk. Speed then the Grim Reaper.
Grim Reaper will be the only Pet with insane M.Atk 60k++ depending on Mage Weapon/Wizard Harmony.

no
is 105% added to what u have already - description might be confusing.
so if u p attack now with retri is 1000 on linvi will be 2050. just some numbers.
and as far as i remember from PTS retribute = thrower talking about summoner P. attack.
ofc crit rate is lower with retri

DPS little lower, Crits equal with DEX. DEX improvement considered extreme minimal to Pets. Better take STR on Dual Class or Oly Setup on Main.

Great test !
Two-handed magic blunts now give +105% more power attack on summoners (2x times power attack)
Please do the test with dual blunts, because it will affect the critical rate greatly and so the critical damage buff will suffer.
For mage pet and/or PVP i think it is best to go either INT or WIT just like most mages.
For auto attack PVE it works best with STR, as your test shows.

Two-Handed Magic Blunt Weapons get nearly the same P.Atk as Throwers on Wynn Pets. Although you will loose a tiny bit of Crit Rate on them. You will also gain a tiny bit of Atk.Spd on your Pets.
So with Weapon Mastery: Retributer on Wynn Summoners get a additional 105% P.Atk bonus (Passive Skill) NO R-Crystals required and you can use both Beast Soulshots & Beast Blessed Spiritshots.
This means all Wynns who PvP and go Olympiad will mainly use Retributers since this will benefit both Pets and their own Class Cast Spd alot more. *Nuke Heal Nuke Debuff*

its not a question of if... all pets have exactly th same stats no matter EM?SM?AL. rest of the stats comes from the buffs/race/etc... i guess i had to repeat myself.
and EM buff is not op compared with SM.
if you do 1 damage with no buff and no crit, with patk multilier of 1.2 (20%) you do 1.2 damage and 2.4 damage on crit (this is SM)
if you do 1 damage with EM (only crit damage increase) non crit, you will crit for 1*2*1.2 and that is 2.4. see, there is no diff in theory.
oh but there is more... a pet has barely 400 ish crit rate and that means EM wouldnt crit that often, which means lower dps than SM so SM > EM
and AL has the worst buff because with br (now you can br more often) you are capped at 1500 atk speed (from 1300ish) and your dps will be considerable lower during br (compared to SM or EM) but the same as SM when both w/o br. maybe you can cast skills faster (less time spent on animation) but thats all about AL. so imo id put EM at the end for now
someone mentioned +15dex on summoner? geez... players these days
a pet has barely 400 ish crit rate and that means EM wouldnt crit that often, which means lower dps than SM so SM > EM
Barely 400 Crit Rate? LOL You are so full of sheit tbh. I am 95 Wynn Summoner and my Cougars already got a Crit Rate of 500 top! The new Pets got the exact same Crit Rate stats. GF!
According to my calculations I will make the following changes to the equipment stated in the 1st topic. Thrower w/ Dmg Up add a 2nd SA with Focus. Earth Wyrm Hearth Ring replace with Istina Ring. So your Pets will already get up to 461 (420 old) Crit Rate on Feline King/Queen. 466 (425 old) Crit Rate on Unicorn Magnus/Seraphim. LOL This all I get just with Lv.2 Melodies and Warrior Harmony.
Consider +40 P.Crit Rate from sub Class Lv.4 Skill and put a nice Augment with add. +40~ Critical. All your Pets will have max Crit Rate constant. GF So the Crit Multiplier does make a difference afterall with the Elemental Summoner in the end! Alot of difference ...
You will be suprised how much the Elemental Master Pets already crits with just 390 Crit Rate. Let alone 500 Crit Rate ...

better test yourself before speak up. your math is wrong and its not confirmed in practice. no summon buffed has 500 and i tested all, not like summons dont have the same stats anyway. all you can get is high crit on master but you transfer only 30% to pets and still not going to be 500. and 500 is just 50%.
and like i told you but you are dense and cant understand, to have same dps with crit damage buff, as with patk or even haste, you need to crit every single hit and we know that never happens for summons. in pvp is even worse because players can have chance to reduce the number of crit attacks.
This thread is quite amusing. I wonder how long it'll take for the summoner bandwagoners to hop on the tyrr train. I will definitely have my share of fun with these new age mathematicians.

You are wrong. 2-3h of legit exp is better than doing all dailies. Doing dailies is NOT better exp it's just easier for people to organize which doesn't make it better exp. 10% faster kill speed in 2 hours exp is 10% more exp which does make a big difference.

Well the reason the test came out the way it did was because the crit damage is based on the damage you do. The patk is based on your patk which has some static added on top of it from servitor share so 20% isn't really 20% more total patk could be more like 15% or something (depends on gear etc).
and when the Elemental Master's pets hits the target 4 times the Spectral Master will hit the target 5 times, (20% attk speed) so there would be a balance in the total damage output if like you said they crit pretty much at the same rate.
100 hits vs 80, 1000 vs 800, it adds up.
You also have to figure atk speed can be capped with BR for instance. So take off about a 10% drop in potential damage from having it capped 10% of the time. Also servitor share adds a static attack speed which lowers the effectiveness a bit of the atk speed buff.
So if it is only a 5% bonus increase. The amount of P.Atk of a two-handed magic blunt (aka Retributer) will not even come near the P.Atk of a Thrower right?

a +3 mage blunt and a +3 bow will give slightly more patk to the blunt. For straight up regular hits though a +4 bow with focus/dmg will still deal the most damage.

No one will use the "mage" pets (aka reapers) anymore. The new ranged/aoe summons are completely physical.

20% patk in practice is not really 20% so it's not a 20% increase in dps. Also with 500 crit rate aka 50% you can crit more than 50% with certain debuffs like weakness critical. 20% crit dmg is 20% more damage on crits plain and simple. With CC pets still do about 5x or more damage on crits.
This thread is quite amusing. I wonder how long it'll take for the summoner bandwagoners to hop on the tyrr train. I will definitely have my share of fun with these new age mathematicians.
Yeah... anyways if you are going to get real technical about it then you have to consider all variables or your results will be greatly skewed.
those 600+ damage of elemental wyn isn't a big deal, for pvp a skilled master is what maters. And reapers are still the best for mass pvp, because there will be a better synergy when you take into account reaper nukers + yours full mage buffed and mage itemnized.

Removed the Crit Rate Augment from my weapon since I have been switching my weapons alot with my ALT Yul lately. So don't tell me this sheit a Pet can not reach the 500 Crit Rate. It's easy you know ...
Wyn Summoner: Lv.95 Buffs: Melodies Lv.1/Warrior Harmony/Servitor Share. That's all I need to get the 482 Crit Rate on my 95 Lv. Cougars right now. In Lindvior both the Close-Ranged and Long-Ranged New Pets will have the same Crit Rate and even more P.Atk then the Cougars. They will be definately the next optional choice of new generation Physical Attack Pets in both PvP and PvE.

i didn't meant 2-3 h legit xp is not a good thing to do, i wanted to say no matter what summoner u'll be , the xp difference (between summoners) u'll get in these 2-3 hours won't count.

wasn't talking about me, i do ok w/e my playstyle is, 99 main (since months), dual, all subs + lots of alts 85-95 :)
anyway not my playstyle is what we discuss here.
I would like to see dps when cc and summon rage is up too. I guess that minimize the gap between three races.
Also my summon get over 500 crit when i am in xform. Otherewise even with focus on bow crit from sub and istina ring my summon has almost 500 but not 500. (486 if i remember right)
The ranged pets dont crit on skills? If that is the case then wouldnt PS patck buff be better when you aoe?
Correct. The crit damage buff wouldn't help with skill crit damage anyways. Ponies for raids with proper setup. PS for everything else.
I have seen summons crit on skills. In kartia i saw something like 50k dmg on crit.
Also new summons get over 500 crit . With focus on bow, crit from sub and iss skills lvl3 my summoners has 460 crit rate and summons 505! With istina ring its should get 12 more crit i guess.
You will be able to summon the fury of your pet. Increases P. Atk. +40%, M. Atk. +85%, Critical Chance +40%, Critical Damage +45%.
40% more from base 232 = extra 92.8
Servitor base Crit Rate is 142. So, that's 56.8 P.Critical added. Not sure where you get this 232 business...
Additionally, the turtle Buff adds about 29 P.Critical to the Melee Summons, but not the Archer summons (or the Summoner, if equipped with bow). In Transformation with Spectral Lords I was able to get their P.Critical up to 494 with the Turtle Buff.

Scroll down.
I don't care what that trash website tells you.
Log in game and look at a servitor. Their crit buffless is 142 so any increase will use that as a base. Warrior's harmony adds 142 (+100% Crit). Something that adds 50% will add 142/2 P.Critical to the pets.
It's pretty simple, and I'm not sure why you feel the need to link that junk to me when I can log my own toon in game and check it for myself (as I have, a long time ago).
i think for pvp reapers are still better cause summoner+pets use the same harmony so all thing wont become a mess, feline queen needs warrior harmony for more dmg,its lame for summoner to use warrior harmony cause invoke+mark of fire go to waste, for pve i dont really care.also feline queen has no critical on her skills, reapers have enough m.critical to their skills though,so no felline queen for me.

Have you done a PvP damage test between Reapers and Seraphim/Souless/Queen since Lindvior? I haven't, and mine is an Alt so it's not super high level. I'm curious as to your findings (honestly).
Or are you saying this simply because the Reapers use M.Atk skills like the Summoner and no other reason.
I do think the Reapers have somewhat better defenses than the new ranged summons (at least P.Def), but honestly I haven't summoned one since Lindvior attack (though I do continue to learn them at skill levels, just in case).
One thing I wish is that they had just given the P.Atk bonus for ALL Magic weapon types instead of just the Retributer. I had to replace a 300 Attribute Buster with a Retributer and it actually cost me adena... By giving Summoners that passive they have eliminated 1H Mage weapons as an option, and the Sigil Mastery (as underwhelming as it may be) is now useless.
If you still use Reapers you retain those choices, though...

Cemetary and Reapers perform close to new ranged pet AOE DPS with mass devil's curse.
Aham.. Realy? I did same test (Bow+Warrior, Bow+Ret, Wizard+Bow, Wizard+Ret) with different Result and Wynn EM had best DPS just with Warrior+Bow.. Btw Marks do 90% of Wynn's Damage. Warrior Harmony is Useless in Mass pvp. In 1vs1 PvP u need to use different Harmony/Summons depends by enemy. So in 70% of cases u have Wizard Harmony+Ret instead Warrior+Bow. Warrior is helpful just in pve or vs RobeUses.
