I'm thinking of going back to my roots and becoming Domi again but I'm not sure because I have a Wynn on a diff account and enjoy my buffs!!!!

Currently testing SwM, later I will probably try Hierophant. I am also looking forward to get some feedback from players that test DC. These 3 specializations appeal to me more, but I don't rule out some last minute change of heart....
Tested Swordmuse nice if you like being more like a Tank. Currently I'm testing Doomcryer which worked Great at Siege and PVE but I think a Hierophant will become your standard ISS. Also every Boxed ISS I'm sure will be a Hierophant :cool:
Letting out a lil rage here ~ I have spent A lot of time and nc coin lvling my toon ~ started as bd will probly choose that to finish as well. that having been said.... I spent billions of adena +ing skills and tons of nc coin lvling to 99 for clan buffs. ok ~ so now I lose those. Nothing to replace them with (ie: better party skill, etc) now ~ take a semi-boxed iss domi... who maybe has +4 or 5 skills... they get melodies equal to +8 for time on a bd or sws ... w/o spending a nickel. Then... to add insult to injury ~ they are given 100% scrolls for every + they had to enchant their other skills!!! so ... +4 melodies x 6 +4 prot buffs x3 = 36 free blessed enchant destruction skill scrolls.
yah ~ im a bit jealous/envious whatever... but first... they nerfed my dual class summoner from 4 pets to 2 now my main gets screwed out of clan buffs with nothing cool to replace them, and voila im useless and part time domi is the ****

DC is for Oly, if you're not going to do a ton of that then don't bother. The toggle takes a lot of effort to manage properly. The DOT is kinda cool for pulling in pve, and is strong in Oly, but for open pvp it's not as good as some of the alternatives. You also need a +6 or better hvy set if you hope to manage the mp drain from the toggle.

Domi ISS have their own issues, like only being able to buff clan members. Nor are their debuffs that great when one considers the duration on them. Immortal scrolls were a nice boost for Orc ISS, but it's not the end of the world either.
Switched to Hierophant ISS and loving it as well. SwM was also very nice, I have a hard time deciding between the two of them. I think that differences among them are small and it is more up to playstyle to decide which one to choose. Whatever my final choice is (leaning a bit more towards Hiero ISS), I am sure I'll miss the other one as well :(

I love the doomcryer but the toggle sap just 2 much mp the SWM was ok but not my play style. So I just went with Hiero and +10 my Heals so they don't cost so much and it's working out a lot better.
I went Doomcrier on mine. He was originally a Dominator until he was 85, but my clan is extremely inactive, and I don't plan to solo from 92 - 99.
I had a DC on a 2nd account that I used to buff my dual class. I turned her to Domintor. Since she's in clan I can buff my dual class without having to add her to party to do so.

I just started playing with a Dominator. And it is hard to find a party since I am a clan buffer. But people are begining to understand and it is not impossible to find a party as most of the guys state. I manage to do raids like Fritezza. And I know I will reach 99 although many people would say "good luck with that" but Lestrange if you are thinking of a Dominator then I can highly recommend it to you. :) good luck on your journey. :p

Lestrange posted about a year ago, he could already be 99 on a domi by now.
Tip for ppl wanting to play a dominator ISS: find an active clan. If you cant get parties for dailies, find another clan. Dont dwindle away in a dead/inactive clan. There are other more active clans out there.
