Question about unbind scroll pack

I had a question after looking at the post regarding the new items in the store.

Hero's Unbind Scroll Pack: Box that contains a Bind Removing Scroll. : are these random weapon/armor of R/R95/R99 grade? And it says tradeable are the scrolls themselves tradeable or just the boxes?

Just want to be sure exactly what I could be getting beforehand :D
