No you don't. We tried with lowbie toon to kill it and ress with Aeore and with ISS to compare -> same message about retrieving some XP back, but after ress from ISS exp went down.
In that message is only general information about retrieving some XP back, but not HOW MUCH of XP do you get back. So you are unable to recognize if you loose exp after accepting or not.

Only died twice, both times i got the message "You are being ressed by xxx and your XP will be restored" or something like that, i assumed they meant 100% cause it was from a healer..
If it is like you say, and they display this message all the time, it should really change, atleast say "Partially restore exp" if its below 100%.
Who cares? You're gonna do the same thing anyways after you come back to life...........kill stuff, complain, kill stuff, complain, kill stuff, lvl up, kill stuff, complain.......just a matter of if you complain sooner or later.
After Aeore ress you with skill, you get dialogue: "somebody" is attempting to ressurrect you and restore your XP. Accept?
After ISS ress you with skill, you get dialogue: "somebody" is attempting to ressurrect you and restore your XP. Accept? (which is misleading, you get only part of XP back)
After WHOEVER ress you with ordinary Scroll of Ressurrection, you get dialogue: "somebody" is attempting to ressurrect you and restore your XP. Accept? (which is obvious lie!)
I ask whoever competent - is this behaviour intended? Dialogues seem to be bugged, else it doesn't make sense to me...
Somewhere sometimes back, someone said something about making the resurrection window show the % of xp regained of the lost xp.
(Around Glory days I think there was a talking about this, when resurrection was modified.)
