in my opinion.
elven templar was the one who get the most benefit.
the pasives of the def and shield rate are cool for the tank, ans cubics maybe dont heals a big aumount of hp/mp but is pretty nice.. and workd very often... now probably is the most resilient of the 4 tanks. but with that skills i think you can go for a full ofencive build and still be same defensive as the shilen or hell knight(with a CON build)
the attack bonus of hell and shillien are nice for a party, but it suck a little for the tank.. (at least you have a red weapon of that ones that have the botters or p2win ppl)...
the panter without def debuff i think hell could be really nice on olympiads, (more if you have the reflect augument buff) still need to see that.
the lighting from the shilen is nice for olympiads too but is a little expensive on mp. the cubics... m.... the cubics... every day that pass i become more dissapointed of these cubics =( (but still need to test it on olympiads)(i choose shillien btw)
and finally the phoenix. i think the phoenix was the less improoved with this update, but the pasives of DEF and shield.DEF are nice.
i think ET is the "best" atm cuz of heal over time, even if the cubics duration is too short (if is like shilien templar's ones)
Phoenix knight is like an ET without cubics imho, so atm sux.
HK is not so bad as ppl think; the major bonus is not the panther itself, but the fact he doesn't get the def penality (so almost a bonus of 400 def i'm not wrong).
SK is good for exp and for oly cuz the patk bonus and the hex, which add to shield charge debuff.
So, depend on your play style, but atm i would say
ET +/- SK > HK >>>>>> PK
U guys tested the evas or just saying it by videos or whatever? I have friends who said that evas heal sux as hell...
I took shilien templar too, the paralyze is really cool and I have full offensive build, at lvl 95 with my dual class and cp, killing people lvl 99 easy.
Dunno... I believe that everybody just don't know what focus shield means...
