Submit a ticket to support? Game support doesn't read forums

If they respond after a week or 2 then its the same as if w8ing for the server to go down at some point...

It's best to log into your NC Account and submit the bug or problem. If people would do this more over posting on the forums it would bring attention to support about it.

Gatekeeper seems to be working now, but the Head blacksmith Mendio NPC and grocery NPCs still not working...
