Body Reinforcement's skills have been boosted but no longer affects your stats by any noticeable degree. This has been known for quite some time.

they changed it so you get like +20 str and some other stats that dont even matter, now body reinforcement its just a useless skill so u can say you evolve like a pókemon

If I evolved like a Pokemon I would remain in Final Form.

Since Final Form only lasts 5 minutes it is not an evolution.

Digimons evolve temporarily.
