it gives melodies + sonatas. just no harmony.
and for example if mentee have iss 90+ iss can overbuff mentor buffs. i mean mentee get lvl2 iss melodies. and when these melodies dissapear mentors buffs appears. so it's really nice. anw it's really hard to xp as mentee now.. almost same as xp sub/dual on main ;)
^ if you know where to xp, I guess its not. I'm used to run subs from scratch of 40's till your 62 in a long-run session, only relying on the old 10% mentee buff (now 5%), but almost xp done with mobs killing. And hands. And some coffee and music tracks.
the problem is that some people are just lazies and refuse to test/learn. They blindless stick to what the quests says to go and xp, but some of us just know the best places not always are related in any quests chains.

Adventurer's Guide buffs also overwrite Mentor buffs. But once they expire, Mentor buffs return.
and those buffs are the same as before its not the lindvior one where u have pp buffs and pof/pow for harmony ....
