My problem is i cant log on because im not getting to the log in screen my game freezes at the very start of the log in :( i heard it because im running windows XP is this true and if so are you going to fix that or is anyone running windows Xp needs to up grade ???
Funny it always worked for me under XP but now that I have Windows 8 it is a total failure and NCSoft is doing nothing about it.
It is like they want the game to die a slow painful death and with the character wipe coming in a few days and many people unable to login that may very well spell the death of the game.
