Clan hall manager not working

I pmed Juji on this but it seems not everyone is having this issue. So I tried to ingame petition but it disconnects me everytime from the server 2 bugs so nice.

So anyone else having this problem?

Any specific function or you can't pull up his menu at all? I know I've used the teleport and item buy options in ours w/o issue. Or did you mean the actual management option in his menu?

like you click him and his menu won't come up.

I thought it was an NPC issue that happens and then they go down or server resets and its fine. But this is going on 4 days now and I can't in game petition because that disconnects me from the server, I sent a private message to juji I don't know what else to do.

If this goes on a week I want a refund on the clan hall fees because why am I paying for things I have no access to?

You need to submit a web petition, and our CH manager is working just fine. I'm sure juji will probably contact you on Monday, but they will still need you to submit a ticket via the web.

Oh I did, last time I did... took 3 weeks for them to even initially respond to the ticket.

or mb you dont have ch privilegies? :D
